Only about a week old the sound completely quit. During that time, the diagnostic abilities were grayed out. Unplugging for a couple minutes, plugging back in, it worked! Also, because many of us couldn't figure it out at first, the volume button works by pressing forward and back, pushing down on it activates the mute. I like the picture. The sound doesn't get that high...I'm somewhat deaf so sometimes it's a pain but not terribly so. My21 year old daughter said that the picture gave the effect of a soap opera or stage...taking away that magic of a 4k viewing. I personally have not seen that. Also, unless you have a pickup do not attempt to get this home on it's side. Because of it's size it MUST be transported standing up or the traveling will cause a web effect causing damage. This wouldn't fit in anyone's SUV's...a couple inches too tall. I managed to get it home in an older Yukon, tilting it slightly during transport. Apps are limited - I prefer using my Roku 3 and eventually want to invest in a Roku 4.

Picture clear, color not as accurate as a Sony even after calibration...overall happy with it

This tv was the best bang for our buck with a good balance of features for our purposes of home viewing. Simple to setup and user interfaces allow picture and sound customization.

I researched the reviews for feedback on several of the sets on sale at BB and this one had great reviews and was highly discounted. This is my largest TV I have bought to date so I was a bit worried. We also bought a sound bar to set this big boy up and we have been happy with it for months. No screen issues or anything I dont like about it. This is probably the 5th Samsung tv I have bought and once again, it works well. This model has made us happy and the 65 inch is a drastic improvement over the 50 inch that it replaces. Great choice for a large room or if you sit far from the television! Or if your eyes are getting old like mine. :)

Easy to set up and very clear picture. I needed an easy to use large TV to install in my parents' apartment, and this TV was a good one for them and was available at a good price.

ignore my other comments, I wrote the wrong review for this amazing TV. The picture is so clear it blows my mind, and set up is pretty simple. Especially like the Smart TV features.

I love my new Samsung tv. Amazing what the screen size and resolution is these days and the price. Keep the the great work. I highly recommend buying a Samsung for your next TV.

the tv has a great picture but the remote sucks if you have an older plasma samsung tv that remote will more then likely work I highly recommend using the older remote

Simple and easy setup, Picture quality is great, I was very surprised by the sound. Not great sound but very good and many times better than the sound from the plasma Samsung tv it replaced. The only drawback is as many others have said the overly compact remote.

I love the apps this tv has and how easy it is to use them. The picture quality is top notch for the price you are paying. Does everything i need it to do.

We originally went in with another similar TV in mind, but were open to other options. Once we found out the TV we were looking and this one had all the same options except the newer model had one more port and was about $200-$300 higher we went with the lower cost, picture and sound unknown. We have been very please with both the quality of the picture; quality of sound and options for adjustment on the menu.

Provided you haven't purchased a new tv in the last 2-3 years you will be blown away in the picture quality and truly how "smart" this tv is- highly recommended!

My 50" plasma was on its deathbed, and picked up this 65" lcd/led to replace it!! Great price, Great picture, awesome features!!! Am pleased with the whole ordeal!!!

The quality and picture on this tv is amazing but the best part is the small simplified remote and the smart tv access. The apps load fast and are easily accessible.

Happy with our purchase! The perfect size and was fairly easy to mount to our wall. Fast content loading. No regrets about this purchase. Would definitely recommend.
