I purchased the tv as a open box in which the associate indicated there was nothing wrong with the tv. Shortly after getting it home I realized the tv had a dead pixel. I contacted Samsung only to find out that they were going to send someone to open a brand new tv. Not what I had in mind. Went back to bestbuy and was offered no replacement because I bought a open box and said they would credit what I payed but would not replace. Contact Samsung again no help. Went back to bestbuy ready to give tv back. Spoke to a very friendly manager who offered to replace the tv with a new one and have it delivered to my home within 48 hours. Was nice to have such a helpful manager to resolve the problem. Thank you for making a horrible situation better.

This TV is a decent size for a decent price. I have gotten different brands of TVs before and Samsung has never let me down; unlike other brands. Even though I would have wanted to get a 75" or higher the prices jump up by thousands after 65". This one was pretty big and was under $1,000. All and all it was a good deal.

We made our decision based on in store advice, our own personal sight of the picture in the store and price for our budget. We relied heavily on the instore salesperson. We also comparison shopped at several big box stores. We chose the Best Buy option, and took it home. It was an easy set up, and we are quite pleased.

I haven't gone through everything that this TV can do or has built within itself. My wife and I had a 55 inch and was very satisfied with it then we decided to get a 65 inch which is much more better than our last TV. I still need to figure out why when using the internet with this TV everything that is being viewed looks like it's in a negative form? I tried checking out the settings but couldn't come up with a fix. This is why I am given this review a 4 star instead of 5.

The Tv is amazing, however I did have an issue with the tv screen arriving to me with scratches. I purchased the product while deployed for my children to enjoy and was highly disappointed to hear the tv wasn't in a new condition. I contacted Best Buy and was informed a replacement would be sent to my home, on the day the product was due to arrive, a date and scheduled time was also provided and no one showed. Keep in mind by this time the original TV had been taken off of the stand and placed in its original packaging awaiting to be swapped. I contacted Best Buy again and was informed there was no replacement tv within 250 miles so the only option I was given is to receive a different brand which was cheaper than the tv I originally ordered. I refused and ended up keeping the original tv with the scratches. I am highly disappointed with Best Buy and the way the situation was handled it was a hassle dealing with this being out of the country. On a better note the quality of the tv is great but purchasing from Best Buy again is now questionable to me.

I was looking for a 4K TV to replace my 1080p unit. The picture quality blows me away everytime. Even regular HD appears much clearer than on my prior TV. I get a lot of sunlight in my room and the screen dies a great job of reducing ambient glare.

Very clear and sharp image. You do have to fiddle with the settings a bit but it is overall a wonderful TV

This TV was a steal! This screen size is perfect for my theater room! I paired it with some BW 700 S2 surround speaker system and 4K bluray discs with Dolby Atmos soundtracks rock the house! image clarity and definition is superb! Get the geek squad to calibrate it for you!

Kept changing to tuner, once the software updated, the TV is almost dam perfect. Great picture, ease of use.

It was originally suppose to be in living room but due to space it was put in man cave and I love it!

The TV was an excellent price and provides most of the features that you would want in an LED smart TV. However, the factory settings do not provide a bright enough picture. The TV needs to be adjusted (which is easily done) in order to get a bright crisp picture. I would definitely recommend this TV.

I bought this Samsung TV over a similar LG brand and I’m glad I did. The picture quality is amazing, you can see so much more detail. My only complaint it that I occasionally have an issue with the Netflix app on the TV. I’ll hage to turn the tv off and back on before it works again.

I purchased this model flatscreen tv when we moved and found out our 40" was way too small for our living area.our old tv was 12 years old and needed updating any way. We are very pleased with the picture quality,sound and functionality. It has for me all he bells and whistles I need.

The purchase of a TV isn't something we do every year or even every 5 years. This was a purchase that we put a lot of research into, this TV is great quality!!! The remote is alittle different that most but once you use it a few times it is no problem! Very happy with our purchase!
