I also have an earlier 60 inch model that is similar and I love both sets. Apps are easy to use we watch Netflix, Amazon Prime. MLB.Com and YouTube the most. All work well.

After watching dark scenes it was time to return it. Saw this Entry level Samsung 4K for 999.99 and said why not. The blacks are way better than the lg and the overall picture is about the same. Save your money (600.00 cheaper) and try this 4K you won't regret it.

Amazon prime video doesn't work

I've tried all of the online tips to no avail. Need to clear out a couple of hours to get with Samsung and Amazon and see if we can figure it out.

It's as if you are watching the picture in person, instead of over the TV. Very cool and highly recommend this Hd Tv!

The only way the experience could have been any better is if Best Buy delivered to my area.

Not worth the $

Picture was good just not great or worth the $. HDR quality was very poor. Support was clueless when I called for help - you could essentially pick up they were just reading a script and not there for true technical support. A representative actually tried to tell me that the HDR that took away the color and essentially washed out the colors AND I QUOTE "....this is how it supposed to be." I even made her reaffirm that HDR was supposed to dilute colors not enhance them and she said "YES." Anyhow - overall I found it poor on many issues so I returned it and made a much better choice with a better brand. Will never go to a Samsung product ever again. I would suggest look around before going anything Samsung.
