We love this TV. I wish more apps were available thru the television itself. Firestick solved that issue. About one year into owning this TV, it would constantly give us a thermometer on the screen. Samsung was great about coming to our home and fixing the issue. No problems since.

Got a pretty good deal on this tv. Great for the price but I have noticed a little funkiness with the blacks. Trying to figure out if it's the channel or my dvr as I don't see it every dark scene.

We replaced our 50" Samsung with this new one and we weren't disappointed one bit! Great color and brightness and the clarity is amazing. You can't go wrong if you can get this at a great price!

The screen is amazingly clear. The people on the screen look like they are in the room with you The 4k upscale of older tv shows makes them look HD.

I am basing this review on the sales associates and the previous Samsung products I have purchased because my TV is still in the box. But I am pleased with my purchase experience thus far.

I bought it last November 2016, and was very pleased about it. I ordered it online and got no problem encountered during and after pick up. The product was great and the service was superb!

This has been the nicest TV I have purchased in a long time I love everything about this TV. Only issue I have is some channels seem to get off on the voices matching the mouth movements.

Originally bought another tv online and had a scheduled delivery date. The day of it the store calls and tells me the tv is out of stock and they don't know when it will be in. Drove to Best Buy to talk to a manger and ended up with this tv. I would've preferred the one I purchased but have adjusted to this one. I would've returned it honestly but it seemed like too much of a hassle. The whole overall purchase was a disaster and Best Buy did not make me feel good about making another major purchase with them again.

Good quality TV, very disappointed on the remote. I wish I had a heads up about it. The remote is junk. It's like a Vizio. Wish I was warned. Maybe it's not a deal breaker for most, but I just didn't like it. My parents will be using the remote and it's not all that intuitive.

I buy alot of tvs for many different purposes and people. Last time I bought an LG tv and after that mistake will only buy Samsung tvs. At least for the immediate future.

Went in for a new TV because my HDMI cord on my old one went bad , sales man was helpful and did pros and cons with me to get the best bang for my buck on choosing a TV

The stand is not conducive to going into my cabinets. The stand protrudes too far forward and must set back into the cabinet which makes it hard to see from the side and leaves space to see inside of cabinet. Would be great if they had a different stand to fit the TV.

I am a samsung fan and always purchase their brand tvs. This one is perfect except sometimes when you turn on the TV there is no picture and you have to kind of turn it off and on again until you get a picture. I upgraded the HDMI cable but still have this issue sometimes.

This is my first 4 K television and it exceeded my expectations. The image is crisp and the colors pop. You really get sucked into the tv experience. I only wish it had more variety on the apps so I can avoid using other products to complete my programming experience.

probably the best part of buying this tv was the personnel especially the manager of the Wilkes-Barre buy.. tv is great overlooking the fireplace. our 4th Samsung.

The only reason I gave it a four star rating is because there aren't 4K channels to utilize 4K resolution yet ( I have Direct Tv). Other then that the tv is great. I'm a loyal Samsung customer and there is no reason to change my mind after this purchase.

Have had this for years and still working great. My brother in-law wants to get one now that he has seen ours.

Easy to setup samsung account and apps preloaded ready to enjoy! Remote is a whole new world of different from regular remotes, but easy to use quick.
