    Bought a 40 " Samsung and when I fired it up it had a cracked display. Took it back to Best Buy and had a no hassle return for a another 40" Samsung.

    picture looks good - not WOW. HDR on this item actually hurt image quality on TV and PS4 Pro. Colors never popped and when called customer service to find out why - the agent tried to tell me that it is normal for the colors to be "washed" out and not as vibrant - she tried to really tell me that. Regret my purchase and in the process returning. Going to spend the extra money on a quality product not this average one. I would steer clear. Will never go to a Samsung ever again.

    Have had no problems. Easy set up with dish hopper wish was blue tooth ready but was told before I purchased that it was not.
