Gonna give it a few more weeks before returning if issue does not resolve. I baught the TV becuase of rhe brands reputation but wonder if i would have gotten the same quality or better with another cheaper brand.

Samsung 4K

For a Samsung - I was surprised the poor quality of the picture. And defenitly the Sound is the worst I've heard. I went from a 9 year old 55" Samsung Plasma to this TV. My old Plasma sounds better and looks better than this TV. Bigger doesn't make it Better....$1K FAIL Incase your woundering - My provider is DirecTV and I also have HD/4K

Otherwise I found nothing else wrong with it.
