    We had a 15 year tv that this tv was replacing and the picture really wasnt any better. I recommend spending a little more and get the SUHDTV

    Tv was bought only becauseof the price overall it is a pretty good tv just not as sharp of a picture that i wanted... buying the sony Xbr65x850d after i return this one

    Picture not as clear as we thought

    We were not told that direct tv was going to charge us 300.00 for a special box we needed for better picture. So a bit disappointed being that we weren't told about that extra expense.

    Not the clearest picture which is strange because it looked great in the store. Will put in the bedroom and will probably upgrade. For the price, it’s decent though.

    Bought this hoping the amplification would give us a better channel selection, but it didn't do any better than a non-amplified one we already had.

      Have you tried "Game Mode" on this TV? You can access Game Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Special Viewing Mode >Game Mode
      When Game Mode is enabled, Picture Mode and Sound Mode are switched to Game automatically.

    If you want a good 4k tv, this is not it. The processor in this lags beyond belief. You are better off spending more money to get a better one.

    I liked the tv but when it was a dark scene in a movie the dark areas looked to chalky.

    Bad picture

    Thus tv has very bad picture. Too many shadows. 4k is supposed to be better. I have and old LG google 2 tv 1080p and to me the picture is much better than this tv. Wouls not recommend. Save the money and spend it on a model that is twice the cost but worth the investment. I returned mine a week after buying.

    We were all set to watch and enjoy our new tv and took it out of the box, followed the instructions and turned it on and it had a crack in the corner. Back in the box and back to Best Buy we went. Best Buy replaced it and we went home and tried it again.

    I got this at the Best buy 50 hour sale promotion, but when the TV was delivered, half of the screen had dead pixels with no scratches on the tv screen glass, I have been trying to exchange it with a working one but nobody takes responsibility, STAY AWAY! I just wasted thousand dollars for a broken tv.

    I got this TV delivered to me 2 days ago (thanks Best Buy). For the money it's very good. I wish it had a few more bells and whistles to it... But it is what it is. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a TV because I have a dedicated home theater in my basement. Forget the HDR on this. It worsens the pic.No Bluetooth but that's easily and cheaply solvable. If you know how to tweak, you can get a great picture from your viewing source. But like all TVs now days, you have to tweak and retweak. For Blu-ray viewing, I'm going to calibrate the set for that input only. I like that each input can be adjusted on it's own. I also like that the remote operates all my devices. I only use Blu-Ray and a Nividia Shield, and it powers them both up automatically when I go to that input. It only has 3 HDMI...so for the HDMI 3, I bought a powered splitter (4 in, 1 out) no problem. I use a Hi-Def outdoor antenna for local TV....looks great!! All in all for the money and size...I like it a lot....so far
