Purchase this TV for a great price. Product as described. Easy set up. Good quality for the price owned several Samsung tv can’t go wrong with this one. Sound could improve but if your looking to upgrade with a sorround system. Problem fixed

I really like this TV. I've owned several TV's in this class (including the competing LG) and much prefer the size, functionality, and picture quality of this one. Lots of people have complained about the remote but it's not bad if you understand how to use it. I don't like that my remote has had some issues with some of the buttons (like the mute function) working properly.

Now that I have a smart TV, I cannot believe that I took so long to purchase one. With a flick of my finger and what is on my phone is on my TV. I have all the apps I need and have not attempted to download more.

I purchased a 65 inch flatscreen Smart TV from Best Buy on Black Friday and I am very happy with my purchase. The colors are vibrant, it is the perfect size and it has a very crisp picture. It arrived on time and the menu is very easy to navigate. .

This smart tv is amazing. It has everything you could ask for in a tv.

This is a fantastic tv, I love the picture and sound, the user interface is pleasant but I have to say I have two serious problems with this tv that make me want to throw things ! 1. The remote is far too small, it costs a lot to replace these remotes when they get lost, this one is about the size of a snickers bar. 2. And this is the most infuriating thing . All of the inputs on this tv (and btw Samsung 3 hdmi is not enough on a $1400 tv) the inputs are in the middle of the back of the tv so once you put this 65" bahemath on your wall you can't get to it to change any of the cables ... this was bad planning... their should be 3 hdmi on the back and at least one on the side also their should be a USB on the side. I expect better engineering from a company with Samsungs R&D resources

After doing a lot of research we decided this was the one we wanted. Checked around and Best Buy had the best price by a significant margin! Outstanding picture quality, easy to set up and the Best Buy sales experience was stellar as it always is.

Crisp screen, good visuals, great service and very beginner friendly

Bought this TV to replace a somewhat smaller TV in our family room. The picture is perfect and it's very easy to use the different features. We watch a lot of Netflix and Hulu, and we've never had a problem. I would recommend this TV to everyone!

Greattv very good investment overal higgh quality and great features

Picture is great, easy to use and setup. Only draw back is that Samsung has made their HDMI inputs too smart and causes confusion for my AV receiver. I have to tell my AV receiver what output to run ever time I turn it on. That didn't happen with my previous Samsung tv. I have read that Samsung is going to do a software update to address these issues though.

Upgrade to 40" tv. Nice picture. Easy to use remote. So much smaller than the one for the old Samsung tv. Interfaces well with Comcast voice remote. Ultimate test of picture quality will come with hockey games starting next month!
