Drove the salesman crazy asking every question possible about curved tv's and series numbers. Jason at Best Buy in Eastern Shore was very informed and helpful. If you need to know anything about televisions he is the go to guy! Love our Samsung Curved Smart TV. Purchased about 30 days ago and we are still finding out more every day.

I am so happy I purchased this TV. I am also so happy I had the free delivery service from BestBuy. Being a thin flat screen you think it doesn't weigh much but with the size it is not easy to setup. The geek squad did it like the pros they are, in and out fast and even hauled away the box and offered to remove the old TV for free.

Love the TV BUT get a glare on it when lights are on and sound from TV is not great. Colors are beautiful though!

I thought the blacks would look better when I got this TV home. Not fully disappointed but I would be ashamed to put this TV next to the OLED.

Great TV. Without going into too much technical jargon this TV is amazing. Clarity is unbelievable from close or distance. No pixels here. Got it as an open buy which made it even better of a deal. Definitely satisfied with my purchase from Best Buy as always.

Picture is good. Sound is good. Remote is cheap and frustrating to operate, in my opinion.

I don't understand what sets this unit apart from the other UHD that samsung offers. I had to purchase this TV for my office so I did not have much of a say with the purchase, but I personally thought it was a waste of money as the smart platform does not work properly. The pointer does not work when you have an app open. There is no netflix and i am very surprised how little apps are available for a 5K television.

One of my all time favorite purchases. It does all that is claimed. Did not get the TV from Best Buy. Bought it there, met with inefficiencies and attitude problems from employees. Went to HH Gregg, bought it and got credit from BB.

This is easily the best looking television I have seen. The picture is ridiculous. Great colors and black levels. The curved screen took a day or so to get used to but I can't look at a flat screen the same way since adapting.

I don"t usually write reviews. I am not hard to please. This product is the worst purchase I ever made. First issue within 6 months of purchase the screen started showimg a large group of pixels not showing correct display. Screen test did not show a problem. I had several phone calls and hours of discussion to Samsung Warranty with no help. Said it was my surroundings giving static interference. I proved that wrong but no relief. I paid Best Buy Geek Squad (not bought at time of purchase) to come to my home. They determined it was a bad connection box. Warranty finally covered it. Second problem was four months after one year warranty ran out I started getting a few vertical lines entire height of display. Then got more and then more. Major portion of screen is not viewable, No help from Samsung. Paid $3,000 for horrible Samsung TV

My first tv broke within 6 months, Samsung gave me store credit and I went back and got the same one. The video is amazing and after connecting it to a Bose surround the tv is always on

TV is easy to install, always been a fan of Samsung as they offer 1 year warranty for full labor and parts, they go out to your home and fix tv if needed for free.
