Looked at many 4k TVs and investigated for a long time..but this TV, J9000, by far is the best Pic quality that I could find..Yes, pricey, but you get what you pay for. 4K content from movies and even Youtube are just beautiful. Purchased a Samsung 7500 sound-bar along with it and my kids can not believe the difference..Best Buy Magnolia personnel In Albany NY are excellent along with the Best Buy employees themselves. They really helped me purchase the right TV and correct Cables to make this our best system for a very long time..Thank you !!

Did my homework , checked all the brands and samsung is the best. Crystal clear picture and with the soundbar totally different experience. Brian the store manager in Trumbull CT was incredibly helpful, I had issues with a lower model curved that was backordered twice on bestbuy.com Ended up buying the 9000 which is their top of the line curve, Brian turned a bad experience into a GREAT experience!

I love this tv the picture is better than I expected ,I bought this at the right time as the price has actually gone up and it was not cheap when I purchased it played with the 4k a little and it is great wish all things were in 4k the 3d is ok but still not like the theater , wish 3d was more popular and they put more effort into that

This TV looks great in my living room. The picture quality is amazing no matter what your watching. Cable TV, Blu-ray, and Netflix are all crisp and clear with great color. This TV is one of the best when it comes to video games. Input lag is very low when set to game mode. Very happy with my purchase!

I was worried about spending so much on a 4K television with cheaper bigger screens available that are not curved. After extensive reviews and having the TV for 3 months now I can assure you it's worth the money. Just need to save for a sound system that can deliver as well as this television!

The picture and sound is well above average. Don't really care for the connection box, as that yet another device to place near the TV (a problem with all the high end UHD Samsungs). But most importantly, the glossy screen with its curve really provides a glare related to windows, daylight, or lighting that is behind you. The curve projects the glare in almost 3D, standing our from the screen. So if you have nearby windows, prepare to close the blinds. No solution for indoor lighting that may be behind you. Planning to send it back in exchange for 65JS8500 flat screen model, similar to our earlier 8000 series HD set which failed after 2 years, but under the Geek Squad 4 year coverage plan. (buy that plan, its worth it).

Sensational TV for a great price. The Smart TV streams super quick and the picture quality is awesome. I would recommend highly.

I have had my Samsung - 65 Class (64.5 Diag.) - LED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - Silver for 4-weeks now, and love it. I feel the curved T.V. gives more depth and better viewing from the side, which is beneficial for our set up!

I bought this TV last June and it was my first understanding that the controls for the TV input are not in the TV itself but in a separate box. In to this box you plug all your feeds and then one lead goes to the TV. On the good side, I have never seen a better picture than this TV; it is a true treat to watch it...that is once you can pull up the program you want to watch. I have never had a worse experience with a TV than this box. It reacts very slowly even to the command to turn the TV off. It switches very unreliably and slowly between inputs and when using the Smart Hub not all the applications pull up. For instance, the Amazon does but the Netflix is sporadic. Thus I bought an Amazon firestick to feed some of the other inputs to the TV. That works fine but I should not have to do that. I listen to Spotify daily. Believe it or not, there is no direct input to the TV from spotify. You have to be kidding me. You pull up the spotify icon on the TV and then go to your cell phone to begin the playing. This works flawlessly but is a goofy way to engineer a TV. Bottom line is I would never buy this again. I would buy the TV with the common input jacks on the back but this control box is the most worthless piece of e-engineering I have ever used. I wold have given this a one star save for the tremendous picture quality.

I've been eyeing this tv for quite some time. glad I decided to finally pull the trigger. The Samsung SUHD models are definitely the best out on the market. Colors look so amazing! Light bleed around the edges is very minimal. Good job Samsung!

Best TV period. The picture is so clear and bright, the colors are amazing. Love it. I will never buy a flat TV again.

Best of the best, has before flat 55 with non 4K. For tru I bought it on eBay for one thousand cheaper, but definitely recommend this product

UHD Tvs do not come with cables. No tv does. Good=

Got this UN65JS9000FXZA curved TV. Picture quality is good. Sound is okay. Unfortunately I had to return the TV because I got motion sickness even after doing recommended calibration settings. Tried the TV with all possible options to eliminate motion sickenss but with no luck. Curved TV is not for everyone. Before buying just make sure you are not one of those who is sensitive to motion sickenss

The Samsung 65" HD TV was easy to install and set up. The picture is great.

Does not include cables needed for hook up to Dishnetwork box. Picture decent but one connect box does not run all equipment as stated. Requires additional cables for hooking up of DVD and other equipment., ask while at store! For this cost is really should. Reflection from windows/doors can make viewing impossible. Would really look twice before purchasing this one.

The first tv worked well for about a week and started turning off on its own. Took it back and got another one. 6 weeks later started having the same issues again and have been dealing with Samsung support since. What a nightmare. It doesn't matter if it online chat or over the phone. I paid over $3000 and I regret it. After contacting them and following their trouble shooting I set up a service request. They called and left a message the next day (I was at work) and said since they didn't have another number to call they were emailing me and closing the ticket. The email was the same trouble shooting that was given to me online. What a joke!! Thanks for the memories Samsung, I've been a loyal customer but my future purchase I will let my wallet do the talking.

I bought this TV with very high hopes and was very disappointed with it. I have Direct TV and the picture on my last TV was great. When we hooked this one up, my first impression was that the picture was nice, but then after watching it for a week I truly started noticing flaws in the motion rate and the picture at times was "fuzzy". I spoke to many sales people (different stores) and they all said the same thing, that Samsung "cheesed out" on the electronics this year and it's no where near as good as the previous year's model. I returned it and got the just released Sony XBR65X900C and OMG what a difference. All friends including I am astonished how amazing the picture is on it and how its leaps and bounds better than the Samsung.....spend a little more and get the Sony!
