Had to replace once and service already

Absolutely no problems after 4 years. Picture clarity is beyond great, amazing! Volume varies per channel, so you definitely want to buy a sound bar and subwoofer to boost the sound. Other than that, one of the best 4K TV’s ever made. Samsung rules!

Amazing Television

To say the picture quality is lightyears ahead of the plasma is an understatement. The brightness of the picture and considerable increase in screen resolution brings out so much more detail for movies and general viewing. Operation of the controls and wireless HUB is very intuitive. This is an "amazing" television.

Spent $3K, it died in 13 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Operated for 13 months and now does not turn on. Interesting, since it comes with a 12 month warranty. This TV has been used less than 8 hours per week for the 56 weeks we have owned it. Additionally, the web functionality is not good and the PS app has been deactivated. The entire tv operation is a little bit clunky, especially for the money and being sold as a mid to high end set up. Take a hard look at another brand and don't let the curved screen rope you in. It was just alright when it actually worked. This is the second and last Samsung product I will buy.
