    A year after we spend $3,600.00 on Samsung curved TV, a black vertical line appeared. We had no recourse because the one year warranty just expired. Obviously the product was a lemon and the Samsung rep ask $1,500.00 to fix it, with only a 90 day guarantee. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and lack of options to fix. My next purchase will definitely not be a Samsung TV

    We brought this as an open box got it home set it up and could not set up direct tv call DIRECTV and the said it was the tv so called Samsung they said it was Directtv and had them come out and check it out. Looked like the box Samsung used to connect the tv to the directtv was not working returned to the store and picked out another one not open box manager gave us a good deal. This review is for open box items. The second one is outstanding
