My installation is yet to be fully complete. TV was missing the hanger bracket. Geek Squad has yet to return, Samsung has yet to send missing bracket, waiting more than four weeks. My expensive TV sits on a table, not the wall has hired. Local store seems to be perplexed what to do.

the picture has very little depth of field. A waste of money

Everything was fine The personnel was very nice.

Right off the bat, this badboy works amazingly with my Samsung ultra bluray player! The colors are sharp, easy to use. Has game mode and sports mode. The picture is almost like oled, but not quite. Overall its sharp contrast and hdr is breathe-taking. Its the best tv I have purchased by far! Cannot go wrong with this one. But in the setting the tv up it was flickering, but after everything was finished the flickering stopped. I did worry about that because i have never had a flickered tv before. I honestly did not know what was causing that. Way better than last years model. The remote is easy to use and very well built. Omg i cant get enough of this tv, its perfect in everyway. The built in speakers did upgraded and its pretty loud. The picture and motion rate is incredible. No shutter effects that i can see. Trust me in person, picture quality is very very very detailed! The only downside is no 3D. And one connect box is very small and lightweight. Plus this tv is very thin and i cant hardly see the bezel. Worth the money spent. Im Happy with this product!!!!!!

Love the TV. Waited about two years before I purchased. I'd prepared for it. Increased the internet speed to 40Mbps (requires about 20 for 4k). Researched. Read reviews. Made the decision. The quality of the TV and soundbar are incredibly amazing, but after it was set up, I found the lack of 4k UHD content (movies, series, etc.) to not warrant the cost, over content available. DISH has a very limited number of 4k UHD movies, mostly old, revamped to 4k and at $7.99 PPV? Why would I want to watch old movies and pay $7.99? Netflix has better content, but again, few 'new' movies (to their benefit, a lot of their original movies and series are now being filmed in 4k). Amazon has 4k content, but again, limited. Even on a bundled deal (TV & Soundbar), it came it at $4K (the irony has not escaped me) for a 4K UHD set up. BestBuy's return policy is great, it allowed me to set up a return for a full refund. Maybe I'll try again, in a couple more years, when 4K content is the standard and not the exception.

This TV is Amazing! You won't be disappointed. The picture is so clear and the colors are nothing less then brilliant! And if your a movie buff like us then the Samsung 4K DVD player is a must. Best TV we've ever owned!

This TV is about the best you can buy today. I took the plunge and also bought the k-650 soundbar, R7 radiant surround speakers, and the Samsung Ultra 4k Blu Ray player AND the Geek Squad plan for a total of $4822. The Geek Squad response/availability is the ONLY reason I am giving this 3 stars. At $600 for that service, I have had nothing but problems. Despite being an elite member, I was told it would take 24 hours to get a call back. We are now approaching 72 hours. Again, this is an amazing TV but if you need help, I suggest you avoid purchasing Geek Squad services and, instead, put your money towards a local company that can assist.

We love our 65' Samsung curve super ultra HD, we were looking in to the 3D version of this TV and my husband reminded me that our smart TV has 3D and we don't use it. This tv has internet capabilities and connects to the sound bar very easy. You must purchase the right HDMI plug otherwise the image will be fuzzy, we got the monster cable HDMI and direct TV is the only cable/dish that has UHD channels at this time, we have cable idiom, and the images still looks great!

This is a great TV for the average consumer. However, it is not priced for the average consumer, but rather the videophile high end market. This is where Samsung fails. First things first: the TV is edge lit - top and bottom, not sides anymore - not FALD. Samsung has done this for two reasons. 1) To get HDR level brightness/contracts/etc and 2) Their "research" says that most people watch TV in a lit room so blacks don't matter that much. This point to my point that this TV is built for the average consumer.That is not to say the picture is not fantastic, it is. Colors are amazing; their CMR/AMP is still one of the best in it's class. Secondly, the blacks are fantastic for an edge lit when sitting in the center of the TV. That is where the great blacks end. The further out you go on a viewing angle, the light bleed becomes atrocious and colors wash out significantly. Thirdly, the micro stuttering on this TV is horrible. If you are sensitive to this feature - I am, my wife can't see it - it makes the TV unwatchable. This has been an intermittent problem with Samsung TVs for some time, and I wish they would have solved it by now. Lastly, the TV really is a gorgeous piece from an aesthetic standpoint. The "no bezel" screen really is fantastic and it is almost as thin as an OLED. To sum things up, I had to return the TV due mainly to the micro stuttering. I gave this TV three stars because the picture was indeed fantastic, as long as you were sitting in the center and the design was excellent. I would only recommend this TV to the casual TV buyer, who is not looking for the best TVs have to offer (FALD, etc).

Really loved this tv, the picture was amazing for about less than 2 years and then ligh purple spots started to appear. Had someone come out and they couldn't fix/replace the tv. So we got a credit for what we paid and purchased a different one because this was no longer available. I'm sad we couldn't replace with the same tv but Really love the geek squad protection plans

I have been a Sony person for so many years I can't remember. I went out of my comfort zone this time when I saw how good the video was on this TV. And to be honest, I was skeptical of Sony's Android based system. This Samsung 65" TV is excellent. It looks solidly built and has all of the features I will ever use. The black levels may not be as good as OLED but they are close. If you want to test it, run the recent film "Run All Night" (viewed from HBO). There are plenty of nighttime scenes to test this TV out. You have to consider that what comes across on the screen is only as good as the original production. The up scaling is as good as it gets based on the original content. I have not tried a bluray disc as yet, but would expect to see a definite upgrade in what I am used to seeing. I had Geek Squad deliver and set the TV up. They did my Internet connection and tested it as well as doing a software update and all worked without problem. They accessed a 4K demo from You Tube to test the streaming and it all worked flawlessly and that is considering that I don't trust the speed of my internet connection to do much more than slow down and stop without warning. All in all, my first impression after just 24 hours - Perfect!

I love this TV so much! I love to entertain and this is the perfect TV for the job! Movie nights are a regular part of my routine now. The quality of the picture when playing movies is breathtaking! So much definition and so many colors! Definitely recommend

I bought the UN65KS9000FXZA model of this same TV 8 months ago. I recently noticed 2 tiny dark spots in the center of screen while i was cleaning the screen. I could not make out what it was because i could not see well from up close. And you can't almost distinguish them from more than 4 feet away. It was inside the panel and I could not remove it. When I called the Geek Squad (I spent $699 on a 5 year protection plan), they found that they were bugs/flies. The tech called the mega center and they told me that they were going to order the part and scheduled a follow up vist. When I called Best Buy to follow up on the status a few days later, it turned out they cancelled the order (without even notifying me) because they say that Best Buy or the manufacturer does not cover insect infestation!! These bugs could have been there ever since I bought the TV and now I'm stuck with a $3199 TV that I purchased 8 months ago. If a bug finds a way to fly inside a panel that is supposed to be sealed then that's a manufacturer problem, not a customer problem. On top of this, while speaking with Geek Squad tech he told me If I thought that "they were stupid", that he's been "a tech for 30 years and he knows this is the customer's fault", and that I "have lost this battle". Shame on Best Buy for employing these douches and losers. Never ever again will I buy something from you.

This is an amazing TV and worth every penny. The picture clarity is awesome, and I have the sound bar which makes every thing just wow! Samsung has made an amazing product :)

This TV is the absolute best. I went to Best Buy and was immediately sold on the picture. If you have the extra money to spare the tv is well worth it.

I excited to purchase this tv. I decided to go with this version over the $1,000 less 8500 series in hopes of an amazing tv. My first one out of the box had a connection problem at the tv side port for the One Connect box. I didn't know this until it was mounted on the wall. So then, I had to call a friend, take it down and wait another week for a replacement to arrive at my house. I got the replacement, called a friend to help hang this one on the wall, hooked it up, and much to my anger and shock, this one had a 1.5" wide black line down the middle of the left side of the screen. Now, I'm fuming. I paid close to $4,000 for a tv over 3 weeks ago and I still don't have one that works. I have to again call a friend, take it down, wait for a THIRD replacement, call a friend a try yet again. I can't blame Best Buy, but no one seems to be interested in fixing this quickly. I have been beyond inconvenienced and am ready now to just return it and try another brand. The price for this tv is INSANE for what little more you get over the 8500 series. Way over priced and disappointed with Samsung. I have been a huge fan of theirs for years. I just bought over $6,000 of their appliances and seem to get nothing for loyalty except we will bring you a new one.

First of all I had an LG OLED tv to compare this Samsung to and the Samsung stacks up very nicely. That should be enough said about the excellent picture quality of this Samsung TV !

I switched from Sony to Samsung with TV's 4 years ago and every year they have continued to impress me... until this year... If you are not a casual tv watcher DO NOT BUY THIS TV... I exchanged 3 sets thinking it was just a defect but it is not. They switched the LED lighting to the bottom of the TV and have increased the brightness to meet the minimum 1000 nits for HDR and by doing this completely screwed the tv up. You have the most annoying light bleed on this tv that shows even in full screen with light pictures. Of course it ruins the black bars in Blu-ray and 4k bluray as well. I was so excited about HDR but all i look at while watching the content is the ridiculous amount of light bleed. If you love blacks and would notice these things trust me DO NOT BUY THIS TV. I returned my JS9000 for this tv and now I am kicking myself and have gone through 3 tv's since. I am either going to get a Sony X930d or go backwards and get a Samsung JS9500 but stay away from these 2016 Samsung's if you are serious about light bleed and black levels.
