    I've had problem after problem with this TV since I purchased it; and it was extremely expensive. It's less then 2 years old.. Most recently is the Power Board going out... I just bought this TV and already I'm being asked to spend $2900 to replace this part... Not to mention the $150 I had to spend on a Samsung tech visit... I've reached out to Samsung, and they don't stand behind their products, and just told me they were sorry. There was nothing they would do. I would not suggest you purchase any Samsung products... They do not stand behind their products.

    Looks sleek and nice but much cheaper than 2015

    I feel it's not built as well as last years model the processor is only 1/4 the size and the picture quality Isn't as nice it blurs out on movement. No camera on new one , no 3D no sports mode, no full back lighting just corner lighting. Remote is not as user friendly as the other remote feels cheaper. Even the packaging is a downgrade from previous model. I think this is why Samsung is selling it cheaper than last years model.

    Really disappointing - charging to make 4k work?

    I purchased this unit early from Magnolia and it was not cheap. I loved the idea of 4k movies and suffered with what I could download and play in 4k. Finally true 4K UHD HDR movies are available and so it the matching 4k Samsung blu-ray player (model UBD-k8500). I order the player and some movies but it doesn't work???? Well, turns out Samsung wants me to pay $400 for a "2015 Evo Upgrade" so that I can play 4k UHD movies. What???? I have a ton of Samsung gear including high-end equipment I paid a lot of money for and they want me to pay another $400 to watch UHD????? Bad customer service. This should be a free upgrade and they should send someone out to install it for what I paid for this equipment.

    Samsung 65"

    I will never purchase another Samsung TV. My TV lost all audio and video before it was one year old. I took it to Best Buy where they handled all of the shipping back to Samsung to have the TV repaired. After the TV came back I started having issues with it again and took it back to Best Buy who did an analysis of the problem since the TV has passed the 1 year warranty. Diagnosis was that the replaced board was separating. Samsung would not consider repairing the TV even though they used inferior parts to do the repair. Never again will I buy a Samsung product. They also told me that I should not have taken the TV to Best Buy who was helpful enough to handle all of the paperwork and shipping.

    THE WORST TV EVER. WHY EOULD SAMSUNG MAKE A LIL BOX TO CONNECT YOUR USB CABLES TO INSTEAD OF JUST CONNECTING THEM TO THE TV LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES. WE PURCHASED THIS TV AND THE BOX 1 WASNT WORKING SO WE TOOK IT BACK AND THE 2ND TV ALSO CAME WITH A MESSED UP BOX 1. THE COLOR ON THE TV IS DEFINITELY OFF. WE R GOING BACK AND BUYING THE NEW LG.

    Many problems with this tv

    After 1 year warranty lot of problems started, TV stops and reboots very often. Recently tv is turning on, it seems problem with the power board or something. Looks like Samsung product is not trustworthy. I bought two Samsung TV's and both failed within two year
