But the internet connectivity will sometimes just drop out and there is absolutely no way to fix it without calling the Samsung support line and giving them remote access to the tv. This seems to always happen in a Saturday night when I go to watch Netflix and can't because of no connection and the service center is closed. It had happened a few times now and absolutely infuriates me.
