    While it lasted two years had some pixel issues. But the warranty has expired. Love Samsung but I was a little disappointed that the screen went bad.

    I live in an apartment complex that provides cable but doesn't have an HD option and if you're not using HD, the quality isn't very good. Otherwise, it's a very nice tv.

    I upgraded to the SUHD since this TV was choppy during fast moving scenes or even sports.

      Home – Settings – Picture – Expert Settings – Auto Motion Plus – Change to “Custom” and adjust to your liking

    This was the 2nd Samsung that we return and finally settled on the LG Oled 55". The colors were horrible the reds were punk and the greens just too dark. We approached a sales person about having them adjusted and it would've been $250.00 for the geek squad to come out. So we boxed it up and siento the extra on the LG that had 3D capability for everything that you want to watch.

    Floor Personnel lack knowledge.

    The Best Buy Floor personnel do not have product & installation knowledge. The product should be great once it gets installed. I was overcharged on the installation and sold HDMI cable that was not needed. The personnel (Michael Huggins) on the Geek Squard educated me on the product & installation. Doubt if I ever buy anything from this store again.

    the purchase was one year and 5 days ago and a dark stripe just appeared on the screen and seems to get worse as time goes by. What a waste of $1600 we spent on it. So very disappointed

    So far so good, a few weird issues...

    I went into Best Buy planning on buying the lower model of this, the non HDR but still curved, when i saw this HDR version was only a couple hundred more i opted for it. The TV itself is very lightweight and gorgeous, pretty easy to set up soon as you hook it to your WIFI in your house. It has WIFI built in, BlueTooth built in and many other cool features. This is probably just my lack of knowledge here but when i watch cable TV, just regular channels, FoxNews, CNN whatever its very pixleated and choppy looking, almost like the box cant support the TV, the box has a high resolution of up to 1080i so maybe that is the issue im not sure, its a new Samsung cable box though so ill have to call the cable company. Now the apps section is great, there alot of them and very good content. One app has me puzzled though, the Amazon Video app. I have always used a Firestick and love Amazon and have tons of movies purchased. I purchased the Amazon Fire TV which touts the 4K movie feature. I have not set the Fire TV up yet because Amazon Video is on the TV built in and things look great. Is the TV able to display Amazon Video in 4K or do i need to hook the Fire TV up to get 4K videos? This would stink if i have to hook it up because then i have to switch around and essentially have two of the same things on my TV. So im not sure of that. I also bought the curved soundbar with the wireless subwoofer. It set up in a snap but when i turn the TV off with the remote, the soundbar shuts off fine, when i turn the TV on the soundbar does not come on unless i manually turn it on which is annoying. There is a Bluetooth ON feature which i have set to on and i have also programmed the TV remote to be the master remote which controls the soundbar but still, when i turn things off and on, the soundbar stays off. We have little children so the less small remote laying around the better. When watching movies from the built in apps like Google Play, Amazon, Hulu things look gorgeous. The TV picture is a bit bright and some things look overly exposed and washed out. Again im new at all of this and i have the TV set to DYNAMIC and ECO is set to off. Anyways, for the price you cant go wrong, i would recommend this and hopefully i find the answers to my questions.

    Very much worth the money. Great for a big room to watch up close or far away. Gives the feel like movie theater in the comfort of your own home. Excellent image and sound quality.

    This tv looks amazing! The smart remote and voice control is awesome. If i had one con it would be the standard viewing dims according to the light and i prefer it not. The curve is good but its actually not what makes the tv its all the other specs
