This is the best TV I’ve had the quality and simplicity is amazing for anyone with very little electronic setup ability.

This television has bright and vibrant 4K picture that is stunning. The curve is an awesome feature. It looks stunning in my living room and has a great interface. Comes with a pleathera of apps.

I can tell you that this tv set is one of the best ever produced. Not only we thoroughly enjoy the 4k UHD HDR content widely available for streaming but also older movies remastered in 4K. I just got Terminator 2 DVD in 4K and it does look way better. The details come to life. It's like watching in a movie theater but with the comfort of your sofa. To corroborate the above, guests are amazed by the picture quality and depth perception. I would by a larger one eventually. The only (and only) downside though would be the outdated TV software.

I have been using the tv for 6 months now and it has already started giving me problems. It freezes too frequently especially during browsing although it is in the same room with the modem. On a monthly basis, I have to reset the tv. The pointer may not direct at the same point you aim. The smart option may not work as you would expect and sometimes it restarts the tv by itself. The picture quality is very good. 4K works as expected. The sound quality is not satisfying. I have a feeling that this machine will not last long. My old LG tv was 7yrs old and never had a problem.

Bought this TV a week ago and I'm impressed. Picture and sound is great. College football looks awesome! Movies look outstanding! Right now I have no complaints. Make sure to do research on TV's before buying. I definitely recommend this TV. Also, the Best Buy group was very helpful.

Just hooked it up, and it has been on for a few hours. I don't have any of the problems reported in previous reviews. I changed the picture mode to Natural, and it looks excellent! I'll engage the Sports mode when needed, but no lag on regular programming. A significant upgrade from my previous Mits 1080p DLP. Of course, time will tell, but so far, it's 5 all day from me!

Beautiful picture, great sound, NOT for sports. Ball blurs in baseball games. I assume same will be true for football. If your not a sports junkey, this is a great TV. If you are upgrade to the 240. If I could return and upgrade I would, but I tossed the box.

I love this TV it's a steal for the price I got it for $1299.99 and I would get it again! Highly Recommend Samsung TV's.

The white spots that everyone is complying about goes away after a full day's use then a full night's rest! I had the same problem--bad--but they ALL went away.

This tv is beautiful and so much larger in my home, great picture and sound!

I was skeptical of the "curve" part as there are so few curved TVs around. The experience is immersive and theater like, and every bit worth the price.

TV in all aspects and ratio, very minimal delay, I don't entertain sports although discovery chanel and history channel gives you truly depth as if you were under the sea or if you are walking through Rome..great for additional rooms not your living room, if you are a huge sports fan, get next edition with more hz

This TV came with a slightly bright area near the bottom. Some people complain about these bright areas. Mine is almost invisible under normal conditions. A much bigger problem comes from the unbelievably poor handling of motion. Some SD and even HD sources have terrible jerkiness in panning scenes. The smooth motion settings have to be maxed out to help remove this, but that can detract from the picture quality. Playing the same video on my computer results in a smooth picture. Playing the same video on a 48" lower series Samsung (2014?) is also smoother than this TV. The smooth motion settings even have to be enabled for Blu-ray to avoid jerky motion. 4K samples on a USB stick seemed to be acceptable. I am disappointed in Samsung. I expected better. I can only hope they fix this with an update.

Beaware as others mentioned there are white orbs all over the screen and its not good for sports since its a 60hz tv.

WARNING! WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER SAMSUNG TV! 2 years and I repeat 2 YEARS and our tv is DONE! That money is down the drain. Flushed. Oh the tv was great...until it quit working. 2 year warranty is all you can get! But that’s convenient for them because that’s all it is going to last! You can google that one if you don’t believe me. Customer service is terrible. Ridiculous. You’re on your own when the tv blows up. Just go online and search “Samsung tv turns on and off”, “Samsung tv power cycling”, or “Samsung tv troubleshooting”. Oh it hasn’t just been our tv and this apparently has been going on for years. I’m pretty furious. We’ll be going back to Vizio because they actually work.

Love the tv, but randomly my control menu stopped appearing and I can't change sources now. Getting frustrated trying to fix this. Hoping I don't have to return.

If I could get half my money back I'd return it. TV has constant judder and a pixilated broken motion with any medium speed object or person. I can't watch anything other than a news program without being completely frustrated. Waste of money. I read reviews and simply don't believe them. They cannot be accurate. I don't watch sports very often and realized the sports reviews were poor. What I didn't realize was that movement in general is a joke. I can't believe Samsung would even sell this TV or Best Buy hasn't pulled it. Minimal setting options don't help in any way. Wish I would have never purchased.

Lasted less than 24 months before the right side started turning black and working its way across. Trash.
