Samsung sent someone to check and was told the tv is falls within normal operating

Very Disappointing

After only 2 weeks of having it, the tv have started to play channels in Spanish without me changing any settings. When I attempted to troubleshoot by exploring the language settings, I didn’t find any reason for the change in language as all settings are set to English. In addition, the commercials are all of a sudden playing with no sound... this is a huge inconvenience as I have mounted and secured the television on the wall and may now have to remove it to return it. This is very disappointing...
