I’m happy with it. Nice picture, sound, user friendly :p, but did have a slight scare about 3 weeks after having it. Turned it on and the image had a slight green tint. Had to disconnect the power and luckily it hasn’t happened it since. 4 stars for even happening and for the scare.

Best investment! Not only did BB install the wall mount, it is just the best TV we have invested! We had a 40 something and wanted big and affordable! Just wow! Easy set up! Apps easy to install. Purchased in 2021

Quality picture and sound. Operating system runs pretty smoothly other than a bit of initial laggy-ness when closing out an app and scrolling through to a new one

Wonderful quality, picture, ease of use. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend highly. Also highly recommend the Geek Squad Annual Total Tech Support subscription. It paid for itself after a couple installations.

Great tv. Easy hook up. Very nice picture. Took a while to figure out all the different things it does but pretty easy. Biggest challenge is to sync the voice and soundbar. My old soundbar couldn't sync up. Now jyst need to find the right system to use.

2021 Samsung 65” Class 7 TV has an excellent bright picture and color and sound quality. It’s systems in place have been easy to maneuver around in so far. Great Black Friday price too!

Very Clear and crisp features. Setup took a little bit because you had to create an account and go through the features and add your wifi and additional apps. But once set up it was good to go and easy to use.

Great tv! Display is beautiful! Do not like the smart user interface at all. NOT user friendly. Run everything through a Roku stick instead and no complaints! I hook up a surround sound for better sound.

This is my 3rd purchase! I have one in my loft and the others are in the bedrooms… although the Samsung TV speakers are trash, you can pair it nicely with a Bluetooth speaker system to enhance the sound! I love it!

Great TV for the price. We love the 4K picture quality and the TV does not require surroundsound and you can hear everything just fine. TV comes with great features and Samsung TV. It looks great mounted on the wall. Very nice!

Really needed a new TV, so I decided to go with a Samsung again. So far it's been great. Took me awhile to figure out the Smart TV aspect of it, since I've never owned one, but I'm really impressed with the picture quality. It was very simple to set up also. Great buy!

I love the TV. SIze is great. I am not impressed with the picture, however, I tried to mess with the settings but I have not found one that I like yet. Otherwise it is easy to navigate thru the apps etc and easy to use. I just liked the picture on my 55" better.

Samsung is the best smart TV’s on the market. This series has everything you need with the built in airplay and chrome cast. The 4K display is perfect and the sound is solid for the price!

Great tv for the price! Easy to mount, easy to connect with smart app. App is not the best and connection to Other devices was not as easy as some others, but that could be the other equipment we have is not as new.

Overall great buy for the money. Great picture (once you adjust it). Only 2 hdmi ports which is bad if you need more, the sound bar I used had an extra port I was able to use for my Firestick. It was easy to setup and not super heavy. I’d recommend it for the price.

I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because i hate having to go through so many steps to get to hulu. The remote control is a little confusing. But its a very nice TV. Especially for the priced. I would buy again.

Bought this for my mother for her birthday she loved it color is nice and sharp, sound is good also just had to do some small adjustments in the settings over all great product

Very nice size for our room and great price. Pictures , movies even the news look crisp and sound is clear. Love the extra samsung channels. Sleek and light weight. Easy to assemble amd set up.

No issues with tv ! Picture is great ! Easy to install and set up ! No complaints I am happy I got this tv on sale and feel it’s worth what I paid!

I've owned several Samsung products over the past 20 years, and this is my third TV wearing the brand. So far, I'm pleased, particularly since the back-lit screen is superior in every way to the edge-lit TV that it replaces. (The old one went black on half the screen after only 3-1/2 years.)
