I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out but I was looking for a 65”. I’m amazed at its great quality. It’s crystal clear picture and bonus channels won me over. Yes people that’s right, free cable channels with Samsung TV plus. Channels like, The Outdoor Channel and Nickelodeon with no strings attached (no trial fees). Anyway, the boyfriend is happy with quality and now he can watch football in 4K. I would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed that it lacked enough inputs. It only had two HDMI and one USB port. I suppose this is how things are with companies cutting back on features. Recommend a heavy duty wall mount. Weight is average (about 50 lbs).

Bought this tv a few days ago. Fantastic pitcher quality. At first I didn’t like the sound quality until I went in and adjusted the sound they have sound levels in the settings menu. Since I don’t have cable anymore i am enjoying the Samsung TvPlus. It was great to see all all my favorite smart apps which work fine even added a few on my own. I’ve had two other TVs this one is the best. Still exploring all its features.

The Netflix button doesn’t work but Netflix is available on App Store. (Perhaps some one can explain this glitch?)

I am sorry that the Netflix button on your remote was not working.

After the TV updates the firmware, it will automatically reboot, as well as take a moment to check all app versions and automatically update them.
After updating firmware, please try using the Netflix button again as the app should be working now.
