Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so this is a complicated review, purchased as an open box return, got an error message stating that i had to go into the control settings which are essentially for techs to use.. turns out the problem is a bad main board that needs to be replaced.. i really believe this is a fluke, samsung was very prompt at scheduling a repair next week. otherwise, the tv is very nice, great picture...

Great picture and very fast when loading Netflix or Amazon. I understood others who bought had picture and access issue. I performed all available software updates as well as a manual update available on the Samsung site using a USB stick. I could not be happier with this purchase.
