It isn't great but it isn't bad. The interface could use an update as it isn't intuitive. It has the features you'd expect from a smart TV, however it also has that dreaded lag from the affordable versions. Watching the TV itself is alright. You've got a decent image with an OK screen.

I got next day one for my friend as a gift as well. I still trying to discover its features. I don't even fonnect with cable. Tons of free channels and movies and also extra ones with small fees. Enjoyable holiday season with it.

I know I will be able to enjoy this TV for years to come like my older Samsung TVs. I've only been purchasing Samsung TV's for the last 15 years or so because of quality and durability.

He says the refresh rate for game play is amazing and movies look & sound great. He has a big room so the size is just right. Samsung products are superior and at this price a no brainer.

They went from a janky vizio 32" to this 65" miracle of modern technology. Everything is now about streaming, so have all your passwords/log ins ready. It does come with its on channels already set up and ready to go. The quality of the picture is bright.

The software interface is easier to manage, seems quicker to jump from option to options and allows for new apps that the previous one was not compatible with. Image is great, better than the previous model so I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Disappointing quality from Samsung.

Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

The Samsung smart hub is a bit clunky. It opens the TV to one of their channels and has some issues downloading new apps. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not very happy with the Samsung smart hub. But we are getting used to it and still using our Roku for some apps.

Picture quality is fantastic (which is standard with a Samsung). Remote on the other hand I would rate a 5 out of 10. Integrated speakers are maybe a 5.5 out of 10 so be prepared to buy a uni remote and a wireless surround sound from Best Buy while you are in the store!

The TV that this new one replace was also a Samsung. The quality of this TV is exceptional. The only thing that I would like to have would be at least one more HDMI port. It does with two, but three (in my option) would have really been ideal!
