It is clear to me that we definitely received a "lemon". The screen needed to be replaced within the first year. We then began having issues with a line being created on the right side of the screen. The final issue was the complete inability to turn the tv on this week. I have attempted to work with both Best Buy & Samsung to resolve these issues and neither company was willing to stand behind a defective product that I paid $600 for.

Great tv when it's not glitching or lagging

There's also a pretty heavy lag when using the remote, honestly it would be more worth it to just pay the extra money to get a better quality tv

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with glitching, flickering, and lag when using your remote.
You may want to try the Device Care option. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
We also suggest you check your internet connection:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
