Tv ok but some issues

Communication was great and delivered to the curb fine but the employee refused to help load it into the vehicle claiming it was against company policy. Seriously?? It’s difficult for one person to load a large tv and disappointing we weren’t made aware of the policy beforehand. After unboxing the tv we planned to mount it on the wall but the special screws needed were not included so we purchased them from Amazon and waited days for them to arrive. Three weeks after setting it up I get a message the device is overheating. I think it is an inferior product and unhappy that there are so many problems in the first three weeks. I did purchase the Geek Squad plan and so glad I did. I can see it will be used frequently in the future. Buyer beware. On the positive side I’m happy with the size and the picture is of good quality.

Please understand that we do not include wall mount screws because not every wall will require the same type of screw. Each customer’s mounting situation can be very different, requiring specific screws to ensure the best, most secure fit. A generic screw type included in the box might be inappropriate for a customer’s wall; the result could be the customer inadvertently mounting his TV insecurely.

I'd love for 120 hz to be a feature, but those TVs are always at least $200 more - if you get the same brand. The processor is definitely faster than the 6 series TVs and the colors are very vivid - except for some times, in game mode. I'd definitely recommend this TV to anyone who wants a great TV or is in the Samsung eco-system
