I am having great difficulty in having it sync with a Samsung sound bar I purchased at Best Buy a few years ago. I spent an hour on the phone with Samsung - no success - and I asked 2 neighbors to assist - no success - I spoke with Armstrong and thry were helpful - no success.....Can you guys help?

Good for the price

Only a few weeks old and already lags when using remote to control features. I do enjoy only using one remote to control everything as we had to use 3 before. I wish I spend more and went to the 9 series

For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance by running the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

My only complaint is the cost of the service contract. Most TVs last for a 7-10 years before something goes wrong. If it goes before then then you got a lemon and it’s probably going in the first year. Covered by factory warranty. I would like some peace of mind for years 2-7 but not at the price.

The video and audio on this tv are perfect for me, and I love streaming shows straight from the apps on the tv, or sometimes I still watch cable tv. I am so glad I decided to buy this tv from Best Buy!

I ordered on line .Never again’! My entire checking account was gone. This was on Saturday. Didn’t get fixed until Tuesday ! Bank of America helped me . No one in Best Buy included corporate could fix it

I had an awsome visio before this one was about 3,000.00 and was a way better tv across the board. Too bad ot crapped out after 9 yrs. Wish i still had it. This samsung is okay, picture is kinda dark during a lot of movies. I guess you get ehat you pay for.
