Love tv but it is defective

The new tv does not perform like the old one. Since daft 1 It has been in a constant state of glitching and delayed action. I need to call and ask for a trade in but haven’t found the time. I recommend this tv so long as it functions properly.

Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds.

Great display, crystal clear (as it indicates).. only bummer is there is no manual for it, it is online and there are no mounting hardware i.e. no screws... just an fyi... it will take M8 1.25 (25mm)

This is a close alternative, not too much high tech mumbo jumbo, just a good TV! One downside is it only has 2 USB ports.

The speakers are not that terrible but I would still recommend getting a soundbar if you want to upgrade the audio quality. The 65" is much bigger than I realize but still watching sports on this thing is amazing.

Full volume, 1990's style ads on your home screen in your smart TV menu. It's the same as any other Amazon Fire TV screen, plus ads. The ads were not advertised on the product page. The TV arrived open box, without a manual, original packaging, missing protective film, etc., despite not being advertised as such. I had to figure out how to do a full reset to clear the previous user's info, and once I figured it out, it took a long time to run.
