The Samsung UI is very friendly and easy to use. Also having Samsung TV was a nice addition. This was my first open box I bought but having it Geek Squad certified gave me extra assurance the TV was in great working order.

Viewing angle is quite good. It does well in a well-lighted room. Cons: Speakers won’t satisfy an audiophile. Need additional sound equipment for a good sound experience. Only 2 HDMI inputs, which is limiting.

We had specific needs in a business environment and were concerned about "burn in" for overlaid business graphics. The associate was very knowledgeable and guided us to the TV that we needed with zero pressure.

Very Happy with the entire experience

Even more happy with the two techs from Geek Squad who did the install. Friendly, courteous, respectful - and technically adept. Excellent job all around, starting with the sales rep who sold me the set.
