Couldn't be happier with the customer service from Best Buy and the TV. If youre looking for a new TV or a place to buy it then Best Buy and the wide variety of Samsung products they have in stock make it a worthwhile stop.

Bought this model twice

This is my second one and I bought this as a gift. Only issue is the refresh rate is just a little slow on some programs where there are a lot of stripes, etc. in the picture. Causes a little fuzziness. Not a big enough issue to complain about. Good value.

We've had our previous samsung television for over 15 years and it still works great - we only bought this one so we could move our older one into the bedroom. I'll always buy Samsung products!

They fixed the bugs from the older 7-series software so it works flawlessly. As far as being a vidiot, I'm about a 7.5 so TV is not my life but I can't see it getting any better with todays sources

The staff was helpful as considering other options and they gave no biased information of what would suit the room best. Love this newer version as I bought a 65” 2 years ago for another room.

Could have been just a bit better........

Also there are only 2 HDMI ports and in this day and age of "stuff" to plug into your TV (game consoles, streaming sticks and the like) it's just not enough. However, as I said for the buck not a bad TV at all. Hope this helps.
