Very helpful and everything was set up fast when the tech arrived.

Slow, confusing and forced Samsung life!

I value my privacy. 2) Remote was very old-school with numerous confusing non-functioning buttons, poor layout and generally uninspiring design. 3) User interface was slow, confusing and apparently several features simply not working such as returning to last used app and couldn't find how to disable or move to end the built-in Samsung TV app (didn't want). UI slowness likely due to inferior processor or insufficient memory. .. Replaced with a 65" TCL Roku TV which cost about $100 more and all the issues disappeared.

The technicians sent out were very respectful and did a great job not only installing the TV but explaining how to use the features as well. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The input latency is very very poor. after 6 months my display suffered a string of dead pixels. It took about 4 days to get a tech to come inspect the tv, then my tv sat on the floor for a week while they ordered a new display. After two weeks I could finally put the thing back on the wall. I’m done with Samsung forever at this point. Every product of theirs I have ever owned has failed in a very short period of time.

The only thing that took so long was the length of time from the purchase of the TV until we could get the installation appointment. It was at least four or maybe five weeks!

It took me a while to make a decision, but I think anyone would be pleased with this tv. I have a sound bar so I can’t guarantee you will like the sound, but overall it has been a great purchase!

I love this tv. The only thing I’d say wouldn’t really be a complaint more of a preference as far as sound quality. I wish it had the theater like speakers but nothing a sound bar can’t help.

This TV seems to be flawless. So far, we love the "smartness," and we seem to have no HDMI problems. A total recommendation.

I also like the great support Samsung has if required. I would have given 5 stars, although was disappointed that the 7 series did not have at least one more "In" connection, and also did not come with a bottom mounted base. To correct, I had to spend more money.
