    I’m a completely blind consumer. And for me. This TV has exceeded expectations. With the accessibility software. Overall great purchase and so far so good. Have not tried the smart features yet. Will do that in the future. I like having Disney+ built-in.

    Unboxing was very nice, feet popped right in , only thing was accepting the terms and conditions part, where it would say there was a network delay,so after the initial first setup I had to reset it to factory , after that I was able to finish the setup of the tv, so you can have access to the apps.

    I need to replace my tv that I've had for over 10 years. I am old school, therefore want a tv to truly enjoy watching without the need for any high tech devices and/or skills, The tv that I purchased provides me this while also providing other options should my interest change in the future.

    so far so good. Disappointed that there is no 4k cable companies so not able to enjoy the full depth of Ultra 4K. Streaming still doesn't have a lot which either. So waiting for the day we can enjoy the Ultra 4K

    My husband and I Are loyal Best Buy customers. Over the years we have purchased everything from small appliances, telephones, and large appliances and tech. The sales person was so nice and informative.

    I wouldn't recommend this TV. I was told the picture was as good as the QLED but it's definitely not! The picture isn't very clear and it's glitchy. The remote is "old style" and doesn't work as well as the newer ones.

    Great tv but it will stop working in a couple of years. I've owned 3 samsungs and they all went bad in that time frame with no moving or anything of the sort. I hate it because i loved this tv.

    Bought this Samsung tv 8/1/21 and it just quit working on 11/30/22. Really Samsung!?!? I have a Beat Buy brand tv that has outlasted these name brand tv’s. So angry about this!!!!

    The only reason I didn’t rate the TV 5 stairs is because of the sound. The sound of the TV is really low. The volume level has to be at 50 to get anything good from it. The good thing I got for the bedroom so I barely use it.

    We originally bought this model, however it was damaged on arrival. BBY was quick to help rectify the issue and replace with a better model. I did check out this model in store though and all around looked to be a good TV. Good picture, good performance.

    We like the TV, but the original one was defective and we had to wait for a new one. That took almost a week. However, I saw that the same TV was at the warehouse and wondered why that couldn't have been delivered sooner? The techs that installed both TV's were nice and we didn't have any issues with them.

    I’ve been buying Samsung TVs for years now and really like them but I got a little disappointed with this one because it only has two hdmi ports (doesn’t make sense) most of people have more that two devices connected to the tv, so end up buying a hdmi splitter. Other than that I like it so far.

    Purchased for our DEN, the menu lags behind remote commands, and the motion of the display makes me dizzy! Great picture, but the lag in interaction makes it almost not worth it.

      For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    Good TV, has all the apps you would want, color is ok. I have noticed that at each of the four corners, the brightness seems to not match the rest of the color. It is fairly slight but enough that you notice it. Not a deal breaker, for the price of the TV.
