Samsung makes the best TVs! The TV works Great!!!!

Like other reviews, tv would go on by itself. Geek Squad came in and found something in the cable system settings that he turned off. Never came on by itself again! Thank you Geek Squad.

Read the reviews from previously people do I did the firmware update immediately and have had no issues. Only problem found is that tv options are slow to select, but it does not impede the function at all.

Very good TV; although it's not the latest model, you don't need anything else, literally; it works with most streaming apps, and it has an HDMI input, so it has everything you might look in a TV

it is easy to assembly, robust design, has protecting film on screen during unpacking. no screws for legs, very thin outside frame. I had LG before and screen broke during assembly, but this one is far better.

We had to purchase this tv on the Best Buy website due to COVID-19 and pick up at the curb. Not the best way to purchase a tv but under the circumstances, not too bad. We usually add Geek Squad support to install tv from home but that was currently unavailable. However, doing the setup ourselves was fairly painless.

This would be almost perfect, but as far as everything goes, this TV is absolutely amazing. It’s bright, super amazing colors are to die for at this price, and it holds up very well. Only complaint is that the TV does not turn off until after 4 hours.

The television is all we expected it to be, we love it. The best part was using the store pickup program. Went online when I got to the store and within 5 minutes they brought the TV out and loaded it my car. Easiest pickup I have ever done.

We got about five Samsung 55" and 65" TVs and using them some as a PC screen and some in a confrere room. This item is reliable and works well using wireless and network cable.

Only thing I don’t like about this tv is we have Paramount+ and it keeps going black screen until we turn it off and on a couple of times that stops. Never happened before with the old tv. That’s the only complaint.

Got a great deal on this for Black Friday / Cyber Monday! Fantastic TV. Has built in Samsung Streaming service that as Bloomberg Live & Bon Appetit. It is a base model so the CPU is a little under powered making it not the most responsive with the remote, but if you don't care then its a gem.

The quality is fantastic. The only issue I have is that it’s pretty glitchy? Like I will try to switch through the apps and it just turns on episodes instead of switching to the app. I’m not sure how else to describe it.

Samsung is my favorite TV because it has Samsung TV built into to it. You just need a WIFI and get like 90 channels for free.. The display is crisp and clean looking. You can also use Amazon Prime or Hulu Ect..

Matthew helped in selecting the right product for my use and did not push a product on me that I probably would not use. He and his associate placed the product timely and explained all features. Would recommend Matthew for all installations.

I got this TV for my Hall where there is lot of natural light. I get sun light till 7 and its very bright and still TV brightness is not bad at all. YeS, it not really great with blacks spots but still worth the price. Thumbs up gor $500 and 65inches.

Worst tv ever. I will never pay for another Samsung tv due to this experience. It has always been slow and now blinking red lite says its done. This was an expensive tv and it didn't get hardly any use in our bedroom, then we're not at tht house for 6 months. Now i am out alot of money for a dud. Never again Samsung, less than a year of use and only a little over a year young.

Although, I have not used this product yet, I will say that the buying experience was great. With the Christmas season here and so many people out shopping I was able to get in and out without any problems.

Great TV but the Tizen OS is very slow and buggy. Apps constantly crashes to the point where I just default the TV to use my Fire Stick so that I don't have to get frustrated while trying to watch something. Also, the included "promoted" apps and unremovable ads are obnoxious.

I love my television but the service in general with the purchasing was terrible! This was my first time purchasing online very bad experience. This has left a bad taste in my mouth so much that I probably will not purchase from you guys again.
