    Television seems to be working great. However, I specifically chose this brand as it said online and in-store that it was bluetooth capable for hearing aids. Both my husband and myself wear hearing aids and were looking forward to being able to connect with the tv. But, to our surprise, our hearing aids are not compatible as they do not have something called AD2P??? Very upset and our only resolve is to pack up the tv and return it to the store. If you go online to Samsung's information about this tv, there is not ANY information regarding this need. I never would have purchased the tv if I had know

    I purchased this television to replace a 10+ year old Plasma panasonic tv that was on its way out. I purchased this Samsung TV since it fit the bill of items that I wanted: 4K, HDR, UHD, Smart TV. The price was great and so I purchased it happily. For the 1st week it worked great, set up was easy and the interface was superb but less than 2 weeks into purchase I woke up to a TV that simply would not turn on. Everything else from my blu ray player to my surround system would work but the TV was dead. We also had no power outages or lightning strikes that could have caused it to die. After troubleshooting with both best buy and samsung I bought it back to the store and exchanged it for another one thinking I had a dud...guess what happened less than 2 weeks later? Yup another TV that would work fine the day before and be dead the next morning. I ended up taking back my second UN65TU7000FXZA any paying more for an LG TV to replace it. Needless to say I will never be purchasing a Samsung TV product in the future. I am highly disappointed in the quality of product Samsung is putting out these days.

    Beautiful big screen, good definition. However, found it frustrating to program. Always defaults to Samsung channels…difficult to get to major networks. Does not stay where you left it. Tricky to find desired sources.

    Not even a year old and having problems Losing volume every once in a while and the chicklets that appear when you know your t.v is going and my t.v isn't even a tear old

      If you are experiencing inconsistent volume, I recommend turning on the Auto Volume Feature. The Auto Volume feature automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

      If you are having display issues, I recommend running a Picture Test to ensure that it is the TV and not an external device causing the issue. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

    Great TV set gives me more than I thought it would. Connects to the internet with no problems and gives me channels that are on cable. So why pay for it when you get lots of channels with Samsung tv app.

    So far so good. I have had no issue with this TV. I love it. I purchased a Samsung before this one in 2011 and still have it! I just thought it was time to update my TV. I highly recommend this Smart TV.

    Always like samsung products still have a 65 inch plasma that I brought over 10 years ago still hands down the best TV. My daughter moved away, had to get her a house warming gift. Went to consumer report to research and like what I read.

      If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

    Overall, the TV is great. Had to purchase a thumb drive, download an update and install it on TV for it to work though. That was a bit frustrating but worth it for price and functionality once working properly.

    Picture great, sound good (have a sound bar so makes it great) but when trying to stream tv (especially news) it gets stuck. The browser used is not exceptional so even if your wifi is excellent there will be a problem.

      If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

    Software included is pretty cool. I can turn on my TV using the Samsung SmartThings app and I can be across the house. I can also control the TV through the app with Netflix/Amazon Alexa/Hulu. Very impressed with the software.

    We had to replace our 60" TV during the corona shutdown and couldn't be happier with the 65" Samsung that we purchased. The pick up from Best Buy went smoothly and the set up was easier than we anticipated. Very happy with our purchase.

    Disappointed by the software, which is very buggy and lags too much. Also, the user interface is not easy, there is a lot of learning along the way. The Image quality for HD is good, but HDR streaming is terribly dark, you have to crank up all the contrast enhancement which doesn't do a good job at all, and you can't turn the HRD off. Also, when I turn the TV on with live TV, it freezes all the time, and sometimes I have to restart the TV twice. I have updated the firmware, reset the TV to factory settings an all sort of thing, but that doesn't really change. It's and Ok TV for the budget, but expect to have some disappointment.

      I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your apps not functioning as expected. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    The picture on this tv has a bit of darkness to it. It’s nothing that can be adjusted through the tv’s adjustments. I would’ve exchanged it if it wasn’t for the fact that I am handicapped, got sick, and had a death in my immediate family which caused me to run over the time to bring it back. The price is good and I always liked samsung products which is what drew me to this particular tv. I’m not in the position to spend thousands of dollars for one. All in all it’s ok. I’ve been reading that samsung may do an over the air update which is supposed to address this problem. That would be great and then I’d definitely give it 5 stars. Bottom line is, check out some others until this problem is fixed.
