Amazing

An amazing view........it could’ve been equipped with a 3.5mm jack for my 400w Logitech computer sound system, but I’m using my Polk Audio soundbar (also from BestBuy).

Amazing tv but does have some color issues

The trouble began a couple of days later when all of a sudden the areas that were exposed suddenly became over exposed and yellowed/whited out. Not sure what's causing this but it comes and goes all of a sudden.

I like that I can download the remote app on my phone which helps if we lose the regular remote. The sound could be improved as it needs to be turned up high to hear loud

Storage Issue

Why buy a smart tv if there is an issue with storage space. It seems pointless to have to use an extra device to watch tv when I have a smart tv!

Remote has not backlight. Great things about it: You can connect Bluetooth speaker to Tv. Quality of image is great.

65" Samsung Smart TV

I wanted another for my upstairs, and this is a Gem! Love it! The initial turn on and connectivity to my WiFi could not be easier, just follow the voice prompts and bingo!

I have bought many Samsung TVs over the years to take advantage of the interchangeable remotes. Maybe 8 in total so far. Enough to notice a pattern: over-the-air reception has deteriorated with each model. I suspect Samsung is really pushing this streaming services, SamsungTV. The reception on this model is so low that I could imagine the company is trying to discourage antenna TV all together. I have a used several $100 plus antennas and barely can get any channel at all. Once I started to suspect this, I grabbed an old convertor box like the kind from the days of CRT TVs when analog transitioned to digital. One with HDMI out -- they still sell them at BestBuy and all the big box stores. Guess what? All channels came in clearly with a dinky, rabbit-ear antenna. I even tried the rabbit-ear antenna with the Samsung just to be sure. Nothing. The internal reception of this TV, in my opinion, is hobbled by design. So, unless you plan to use cable or only watch internet channels offered by the manufacturer (which aren't at all bad), you may be disappointed. I noticed this problem with my other models of this brand. When I had a chance to use my partner's TV of a different maker in the same space, I formed this theory. I think Samsung really wants to sell a monitor/ internet media box. Not a something you can use to access antenna TV -- something the cheaper brands seem to do effortlessly.

I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade. Really happy with this purchase and the sale price.

Nice TV for the price

The picture is solid but the fact that there is only 2 HDMI ports is disappointing. I'm not a huge fan of the old style remote and the lag of the remote. The price point was solid so despite the downfalls it is worth it for a solid TV.

Buzzing YV

Sent a request to Samsung and haven’t heard back yet.

Please make sure that the audio cable is connected to the correct audio output connector on the external device.
Run a Sound Test by going to :
Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
For antenna or cable connections, check the Signal Information. A low signal level may cause sound distortions. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information

We only had one problem hooking up my Bose sound system. Had to by an adapter to go from analog to optical. All is good now.

The graphics are not the best, but not too bad either. Some dark scenes you can feel the back light is just too less. I bought it for HBO Max, my old tv did not have it.

Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

TV keeps freezing when I turn it on

I tried to turn it off with the remote and it didn’t do anything. I thought maybe there was a glitch... no! It freezes almost every other time I turn it on and would take forever for it to finally load. This was my first time getting a Samsung and I will never do that again. I always had LGs. Picture quality is good but not worth dealing with a brand new TV freezing. I went into Best Buy to see what they can do and they suggested me unplugging it while it’s on... still not working.

Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds.
