    Very good picture but the sound isn't very loud. Even switching to amplify the sound level is inadequate. If you are using a sound bar anyways this is a great value.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with low volume. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

      We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
      Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

      You may also select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

    The sales Rep. did an outstanding job. I informed the sales Rep. of the type of Television that I saw on line that I wanted to purchased, they showed me the television and the sale was completed in less than 15 minutes.

    I buy all of my electronic products through Best Buy because I like how they treat their customers. Husband wanted 65” TV and I like Samsung TVs. Easy choice — Quality of Samsung, great price at Best Buyprice. Easy set up!

    Overall a wonderful tv. I do notice the volume seems a little low especially with older films. Wish it was louder. I will now probably have to invest in a home audio system. But again, overall good buy.

    Large size, great quality, good selection of apps, plus it has apple airplay and Samsung tv plus for free channels. It can lag slightly when opening apps but it’s not too noticeable. Would highly recommend.

    The picture on it is great, but it has trouble connecting to WiFi. I have to restart the tv in order for it to connect and it’s inconvenient each time I have to do it. Laggy when navigating through apps as well.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing internet connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance by running the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

    I had never owned a smart TV and much less such a big one. This viewing experience has been amazing, to say the least. Researched several TV options and ended up choosing this one. Haven't regretted it one bit!

    So far I had no issues with this. There are some things that could be better, but you get what you paid for. There is some considerable lag in the menu, or when using the keyboard. For the most part it does its job. I'm not a TV expert.

      Hi Abezzzz,

      I'm sorry you're experiencing issues connecting your Airpods to the TU7000 TV. Please try repairing your Bluetooth headphone with your TV.

      Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List.

      Also please make sure both the TV and your Airpods are up to date with the latest Firmware. TO update your TV, go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones:
      - You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time.
      - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround) or TV SoundConnect simultaneously.

    I am very pleased with it. I am not tech savy, but found it easy to connect to the internet. I do wish it came with an instruction manual instead of having to go on line to find it. For me the sound is not quite as clearD as I like.

    Sound quality is terrible - i raised the volume all the way and did not sound loud at all. I have to connect a blue tooth speaker.

    One of the better looking TV's. If not the best for the price. However don't expect much out of the smart features. When they work, they're good. But sometimes they don't. Nothing a good Roku, Apple TV, fire stick or whatever your preferred flavor of device can't solve.
