    The size and functionality is good. Wish picture was.a bit more sharp and more pop but for the sale and value it is a good TV. I would of paid a little more to get a better quality tv. If I would have known the picture wasn't as great as i perceived it to be.

    The TV's interface can be very frustrating. The service pushes you toward ads and the TV automatically starts on Samsungs tv guide channels. For someone who just want to use apps, this is very inconvenient and makes using the tv clunky.

    So far i love the tv!!!...there is only 1 thing that is annoying...it tends to default to the samsung plus tv app instead of leaving the input on my Apple tv..but other than that its pretty great

    Wanted a bigger tv for my living room and everyone claims Samsung is the best. Prefer my Sony Bravia to this but still a decent tv. Sound is okay, picture is good

    Krystal was the Best Buy associate who assisted me in the purchase and transfer of previous phone info. She was knowledgeable and so extremely helpful and patient. Everything was accomplished without and problem.

    probably the best deal I have ever landed on a TV. Samsung really killed it with this affordable huge TV. I would not recommend it if you're looking for 120 fps gaming but its great for 4K movies and shows!

    Only thing i don't like this tv my sound bar every time i watch a movie it just plays the music but no people talking i have to turn of the soundbar and turn it backon in order to here them talking when movie plays

    We purchased the tv about 2 weeks ago and as usual, Samsung did not disappoint. We expected to purchase a smaller set, but the price of the 65” was too good to pass up. We definitely got more value for the price.

    For about a year and a half I had no complaints but sometimes when we turn the volume too loud it gets a little scratchy. BBY said it’s because of a thinner screen so we purchased a sound bar with it.

    This Samsung 65” tv was a great buy for the price. I really like the features , and operation of this unit. The speed of the processor when turning on the Unit is instant compared to other tv’s I own.

    Got this 65" on sale and it is worth it. I'm not a tech nerd so I don't care if this is not a OLED or QLED or XLED or LMNOPLED. It does the job. Only gripe I have is the remote control. Seems cheap for a Samsung.

    Great product for Samsung’s entry level tv. Even my non technical wife could tell this was an upgrade over our 2019 6 series. Only 2 hdmi ports which is no issue for us but something to consider.

    A solid pick to add to my ongoing quarantine experience. The only design flaw is I wish the legs were more adjustable, but I like that I can turn it off with my Alexa device which is a nifty feature.

    Open box buy. The bottom of the TV was scratched up, but otherwise it works perfectly well. The quality of the screen was a big update from our 4K TV that is 5 years old!

    It’s an ok tv. Things pop up when I’m watching regular tv and it’s so annoying. I can’t install Funimation so that’s another thing that bothers me about this tv, and the remote. I hate the Samsung remote!

      Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any.

      We also suggest you check your internet connection:
      1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
