Outstanding delivery service and easy to set up. My only issue is the stand, too wide apart for our Entertainment center. But I was able to buy a universal stand.

Great TV

I am someone who doesn’t usually use cable but I realized after buying the tv that they have some deal where you get a couple of cool channels for free.

UN HAPPY CUSTOMER

The picture quality is great when it works. I purchased this TV in February and it has been down for four weeks waiting for Samsung to send the repair tech parts to fix it. This TV is five months old and already has to have the mother board and other parts replaced. I recommend purchasing any item at a store that will replace it not repair it. If this TV has this may problems I really just want another on but this wasn't an option with Samsung or Best Buy

Good buy

However if you have the extra money I would go higher up in their series of tv's. I would get a 8 or 9 series because the gitter and motion flow of the picture while gaming or watching sports is not too good.

I only use it to screen mirror from my phone. All I have to do is tap the side of the TV with my phone and press start sharing and it displays my phones image.

Do Not Buy

I had it exchanged, last month made a year with the TV and now it will not turn on unless I unplug the power cord for at least 30 minutes. It then will power on for no longer than 30 minutes. I have been on the phone with Samsung customer service for 3 days and they are wanting me to pay hundreds to have it fixed. Complete waste of money and time.

Amazing colors!

The colors are so bright and vivid they seem to jump from the screen. This is our first smart TV and boy are we spoiled. I can't imagine going back to anything less. We are enjoying our new TV and are very happy with our purchase.

Open box didn't contain remote or directions.

I was told that the t.v. was tested and worked. I spent $25 to buy a remote. Please reimburse me for the added expense.

Don’t wast your time and money.

This supposedly has the Smart OneRemote, but we received what can be described as a 10year old hotel remote. The interface is also “hotel” like and half the options are greyed out. Unable to use the voice assistants function, as the option isn’t even listed. I tried to contact the store to ask about a replacement was told that’s how it is. I called another Best Buy and they confirmed it should have a OneRemote as ALL Samsung TVs in 2020 have it.

Tried too hard

Good picture quality. Reputable brand. Easy to set up out of the box. Cons: I formation overload. Remote layout is too cluttered. Samsung tried to squeeze in all these options but sacrificed on finger space. I find myself clicking buttons unintentionally. Having to navigate to my favorite apps each time i turn on the TV is difficult and inefficient. I upgraded from a TCL Roku TV and the ease of use on that Tv’s remote beats this TV’s by a mile!

Not impressed but decent enough

Spend a little more on something else

Problem is that the pre installed apps are not removable and they use up about 3\4 of the storage space. Worst part is that I don't use any of them. Also the response to buttons gets slow and it stops responding. Causing you to have to restart the tv or run the device care app. This happens at least once per day. Also the TV was supposed to be Amazon Alexa compatible. It is not. Even though it says so right on the box.

I see you have already tried utilizing the Device Care service in your TV's settings to improve your response time - there are a few additional things you can try to increase your TV's response time:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
