Great tv at a reasonable price.

The delivery guys mounded it for us and set it up to use our WiFi. Also taught me how to use the remote to get lots of free channels. Love the job they did. Thanks Guys !!

There’s a problem when playing YouTube and Netflix. It freezes all the time and I have to turn it off and start it back. The pictuRe quality is nice. I am going to return it.

Warranty Worth The Price

Set up was a little frustrating but we got through it. Not as user friendly as the two LG TV’s we purchased recently. Can’t say that I’d buy it again since the LG seems to be a better TV at the same price point.

The best secret feature I like is how easy it is to stream the screen of my Samsung Note 20.

Hands down, the worst tv I've owned.

I've had this TV for a week now and have only had issues. Any time it turns on after being off for a few hours it will turn on, but then not respond to any controls or show a screen. I'll then have to unplug it and reboot from scratch to start working. But now as I write this, the tv is in a never ending turning on/rebooting phase all on it's own. It only has one job to do, and it cant even do that. Will be returning asap

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly.
Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

5) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to
Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will need service.

Great overall tv

very crisp clear picture

Buffering when watching videos online is related to your internet speed. Buffering may occur on your Samsung Smart TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.
We suggest you try the following:
1) Use 5G WiFi if possible
2) Try wired LAN if available
3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1115.1 is now available at: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

Fits nicely on TV stand and other than there being no room for the receiver, everything else looks great. Geek squad was efficient and professional.

Interface to switch inputs and navigate through apps is really slow, laggy, and very frustrating. The "smart remote" will not work with our direct tv satellite box. Also, the worst part, there is a line that runs through the middle of the screen after only having the TV for a year and a half. Only positive is the picture quality was great until the line came up.
