    Really like the TV, problem is with the Samsung account link to operate it. Numerous calls to the help desk go unanswered, calls not returned or responded to. Understand it is a Best Buy review, but the product’s operation is the problem.

    I have some problems with spectrum programs. Very slow and buffers a lot and we have 200 plus internet speed. Had to go to spectrum box. 9ne reason we bought this TV so we would not have the expense of box. Other than that a great tv.

    Really good tv with applications such as Apple TV+, Disney+, Google Play Movies & TV, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, SHOWTIME, Sling TV, YouTube. Really enjoy using Apple AirPlay technology and no longer needed to have an external Apple TV.

    This t.v was my baby for the longest time but when it broke my whole world collapsed. It runs call of duty and other high FPS shooters with a breeze. Enjoy it it is worth the money!

    Bought this tv and ended up returning it for a Sony XBR 75”. The picture on this isn’t as bright and the tv sound is terrible. I know this is a fix with a sound bar but was not looking to do that as I already have a full Klipsch set up in another room.

    Volume is loud 1 out 5 I have to give 5 Picture quality out 5 I have to give 3 when is night scenes on movies you can’t really see a face . Just black screen . But I’m still happy with my tv :)

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. A new firmware update has been released to address this issue. You may also need to manually reboot your TV after the update by either unplugging the AC cord or by pressing and holding the power button on the remote until the TV powers off and back on.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Great TV for the price! Wish it had more hdmi slots, but I already had a hub. It just sometimes doesn't pick up when inputs switch from the hdmi splitter, but that probably just needs the upgrade now.

    I ordered this item for in home delivery ,and it came right on time.The geek squad was very polite and quick. The television had a quick set up and beautiful picture very nice but .

    Good picture however it seems to move slow when navigating throughout the tv and turning the volume up/down. Almost as is the remote has a delay between pressing the button and it reflecting on the tv.

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
