Great value

Has bugged out twice since I've had it. Some kind of screen issue idk. All I did was turn off the tv and then turn it back on and it fixed the problem. Other than that very pleased with it

HBOMAX Lags TV

It will start working fine at first but then it will freeze and you can't do anything on the tv. I have to turn the tv off and on and again for it to unfreezs and that's ridiculous. I shouldn't have that issue with a brand new tv so I'm going to have to get it fixed or returned or something and that sucks because I was really excited for it.

Thank you for choosing the TU7000 Crystal UHD TV and taking the time to share your experience with the HBO Max app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Software absolutely sucks

Navigating around the apps lags a lot. I have to reset the tv every once in a while because some apps won't work. The main reason I bought a Samsung tv was because I have a Samsung phone and a sound bar so I thought the interface between them would be great. But the software is so bad that im starting to regret. I can't even return it now. Samsung should have used other platforms like Roku or Firebox if they are doing such a poor job in this. A huge disappointment samsung!

Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Love our New Tv

I need to have Samsung tell me why

Decent tv.

Seems like you have to set the tv up on your smart phone. So you’ll have to add the app. And set the tv up that way. Or you’ll run into a “terms and conditions” problem.

Don’t buy open box I learn my lesson

Then it took a week to make the appointment for technician to come and so diagnostic on the tv then another week to come fix so I spent two to three weeks without tv poor service

Questionable Purchase

I have had this TV for one month now, and I started having issues after the second week. The picture freezes. I unplugged the cable box, and the frozen picture remained on the screen. This has happened twice. I had another issue where I lose sound, and the picture goes black. This went on and on for two days. It happened multiple times per hour. I called Best Buy, and they told me that I would have to pay to have fixed. Last thing I buy from Best Buy.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV.
Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
