At the time of purchase, the price was what we wanted for a replacement to our 3 day old TV Wall. I'll let your imagination run wild on that. We had to replace one of the 4 TVs.

The price was great, the accuracy of the order (actually being available) and the process of pick-up was seemless. I thought the guy helping me load it was a little distracted. Almost dropped it on the ground. The TV is great!

My review may also reflect my Verizon subscription. My Best Buy installation was done very professionally. Some picture quality issues are the responsibility of the cable company customers use.

Pixels are blotchy at times and I have to turn off tv entirely and restart a few times due to sound coming out but you get what you pay for.

Curbside pick-up was quick and easy. Have had the TV for a month now and cannot complain. I like that I am able to set up the apps that I use most. Easy to connect to my wifi.

I think for the money/price, this is a very good product. It could use a few more inputs/ outputs, but for the price it is still a good buy. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

amazing product. connecting it to the mount was painless. setting it up was painless. tons of apps available. I like curiosity stream and MLB. no complaints.

Nice for the price but having issue with WiFi connection after few months. Not sure if the next firmware update will fix. It loses WiFi info. Other than that, no issue

Would buy again. Love the visuals. Wish the speakers were better and I plan to buy a Sonos sound bar to enhance this part.

Love the brand , as always great quality . FYI get additional warranty , the warranty Samsung provides is the most basic .

I love this this tv! Although sometimes some shows dont fit on the full screen it is perfect, the audio is prerfect too!

There’s not much you can say that’s negative about this TV. It’s got everything you’d want in a big screen TV. Picture quality is spot on and really delivers 4K quality. The picture quality is super clear and the range of colors is quite impressive. Deep blacks and vibrant colors really make the TV pop whenever you’re watching 4K content. Blu-ray comes out really nice. It has all the streaming apps you'd need, i.e. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. It also has Apple TV which I think is amusing. The TV itself looks really nice. It’s almost a bezel-less design. The bezel is maybe about a quarter of an inch wide so it’s hardly noticeable. Gives a very clean look to the TV which I really like. The TV is pretty thin too. Couple things I didn’t like about the TV. The refresh rate on the TV is only 60hz. For a 4K TV, I’d expect it to be at least 120hz. This is more a nice-to-have however I would’ve figured any 4K TV to have a better refresh rate than 60hz. The remote is a bit laggy at times. Sometimes you’ll hit a button and it’ll take a second or two to register sometimes. You’ll end up hitting the wrong button or hitting a button twice. Kind of irritating. This also makes navigating the menu screen irritating since you'll end up hitting the wrong button quite often. When setting up your TV for the first time, you’re prompted to do so by downloading the companion app. You’ll need to setup an account in order to do this. Personally, I already have a Samsung account but I think this step is unnecessary. You can still setup through the remote though. Overall, great TV with lots of features. Big size TV with a relatively small footprint. Great screen quality and features to boot.

Great tv would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a tv have two Samsung tv’s in my house and they are amazing. If anyone is looking to purchase definitely a great idea.

We got this for the conference room in our church. The smart functions make it really easy to view YouTube videos and others. It also connects very well with computers via HDMI.

Purchased this Tv about three weeks ago. Very easy installation. Mounted it over our fireplace and it looks great. Set up was very easy. We are currently enjoying great Tv viewing.

Great TV! The screen is beautiful and is a great option for those who want to make the jump to 4K. This was a great update to my entertainment room and could not be happier.

good TV allows me all my streaming only issue i've had is its sometimes slow to respond and you think you didn't push the button and then you shoot past your intended target

Got this tv for the game room and it’s great with all features that we need. The color quality is very good compared to others in the same price range. Very please with our purchase.

HD on this tv looks too real. Yes that's a compliment. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because every time theres a new scene or angle the HD kicks out for a second then comes back in. I still love my tv!

Purchase process was effortless but not in stock. We had Geek do the install but that took 3 weeks. All they did was hang it in the wall and we needed to hire someone else to connect to our cable box. Not a good look for geeks
