Purchased during COVID- I pulled up to their designated spots, name was given, they loaded, and I was off. All was done withing 5 minutes. Professional, personal and well done!

We love this larger Samsung smart tv. Since we are spending more time home and schooling T home we are enjoying watching documentaries and our regular shows on this great tv

We have been loyal Samsung buyers for at least 10 years. There products keep getting better and better. We have two 75 inch and a 65 inch with the best technology. We love it.

Picked it up from the store, and the employees were very helpful with helping me get it ties Doran especially when it was just a little to big to fit in my back seat.

Don’t go to the Burleson Best Buy - the management has no clue of customer service and open box to them means anything they can sell, bubble wrap they called it good. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It's a nice tv for the price. It has the Samsung TV channels that after cpl hrs of watching start buffering alot. No it's not my internet. My cheap TCL in bedroom doesn't do this. I think its something with the station.

Does the job well. Not the biggest fan or Samsung’s smart interface, taking some getting used too. HDMI ports are unusually close. Was a tad difficult to connect Firestick in one HDMI and second HDMI cable in the other.

Purchase this tv 5 months ago it’s really nice 4K resolution no problems with it enjoying it to the fullest highly recommended!

Excellent all around, better than I expected ....sound could be louder compared to my Sony, But other then that no Complaints....

Awesome picture. The upscaler inside does a great job upscaling over the air content. It's even better if you watch 4k moies on a 4k player.

At first, I was a bit concerned because I had purchased a smaller size that came out defective and I thought it was going to turn out the same. After about a month I can safely say that the TV is in excellent working condition.

As I said above, I am technology challenged. My 9 yr. old granddaughters have no problem at all. My problem is that I have to do something 3-4 times to get it in my brain.

Well this TV caught me off guard was not expecting for it to have all of above technology in it. I am so grateful that I decided to buy this brand Samsung Crystal

The TV isn't all too bad.. but its definitely not great.. I have issues with watching a movie on it that is a Action type movie. there is alot of blur on fast moving scenes. i have checked all settings and there isnt anything there to modify this. I'm not 100% what the refresh on this system is, but I'm sure its not even at medium setting as other "4k" tv's. I was deciding between this and a TCL. I have two TCL systems that I like... and i probably should have gone with that one. Well nothing that can be done now.. So i have set this as a spare tv in the basement..
