Everything works great, I like the TV but the price was on the higher end. I probably would have been satisfied with an average TV!

I had it mounted in my outside gazebo, and I have had no problems with either its functioning or its WiFi access in my back yard.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT

Everything was great about it except the brightness level. Measured in nits, it has about 265 which is VERY low for a UHD TV. We took the brightness level to the top and when watching dark, moody shows it was just too dark. This replaced a smaller, earlier model Samsung I bought last year (transferring that TV upstairs and needed a replacement for the living room), and compared to that TV, it was just horrible. The contrast, clarity, and everything else was good, but the severe lack of brightness made it unwatchable. You get what you pay for. I'm very surprised Samsung actually sells a product like this. I sprung for a more expensive Samsung model with a higher nit count- it was well worth it. Also, Samsung makes it very hard to find out the nit count information on their TV's. You have to dig to find it out. Maybe this is why. I know it's cheap- but buyer beware. You'll be disappointed. (Note: And by the way, this is NOT an advertisement... if you get the Best Buy credit card, they offer 12 to 24 months interest-free financing depending on how much you shell out for a product. If you can't afford a more expensive TV, this is one way you can. Just saying... I've had the card for year. It's actually really useful for instances like this.) Also, the TV was so bad, that my roommate actually offered to pay for half if we upgraded a better TV. I totally took him up on it. ...and used the Best Buy credit card. Now I have two years to pay it off (the new, better one) before they start charging any interest. : )

Picture issue(colors off & ghosting)

Next day turned it on and the colors were off and image's were ghosting. I googled the issue and they said to unplug it wait a few minutes then plug it back it. That solution worked but that is ridiculous to have to do everytime on a brand new TV. I have noticed this happening on power up after being used. This has happened 3 times already, each day I power it, this morning was the final straw. This should not be happening on a brand new TV. Who knows what this means for the lifespan of the TV. Very disappointed.

Happy with New TV

Painfully slow

It won't bug you at first but day 2 your already like holy smokes.

I am sorry that you are experiencing lag when navigating on your TU7000 TV. Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
