He did a few keystrokes and went out back and got the tv. Every time we called the local store we got a National help line, no help at all!!!! You should go back to your old system so when I call a store I can talk to that store!!! Getting National line for local help did not work!!!

I was planning on getting the 70' but was out of stock and decided to go for the 65'. It was a good choose and TV brand is amazing. We love it!
