    This TV is not the most expensive door is it the cheapest model, but it has some of the main features that the higher in TVs have as well

    Kind helpful staff. It was super bowl weekend probably one of the busiest day for tv sale got in and out in less than 30mins

    TV looks good except for it being outside with a major glare. I wish I could angle the TV for better viewing.

    Overall, my feelings about Best Buy and Geek Squad are mixed. While it was convenient to have one source to go to for my project, the modem they recommend was not supported by my ISP, and the team that came back weeks later with the correct modem failed to hook it up properly for over an hour, but blamed the ISP until they called his supervisor and were corrected. In the future, I'll probably spend more time working on just how to do some things myself than paying for this.

    Not such a fantastic picture but in a two weeks tv started blinking. So concerned about that.

      If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features.

      Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer.
      Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection
      Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode
      Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting
      Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer

      Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device.
      Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

    Curb side pickup only took a total of 5 minutes from time of arrival. Great service and with a smile!

    This is a Great TV for the price. Super easy to set up. TV does lag a little bit but not bad enough to make this a bad purchase.

    Wouldn’t pick something different. has different adaptive modes whether you’re watching shows or gaming it will adapt to you’re mode.

    Picture and sound are decent but the smart interface is very bad . The tv takes a long time to react to the buttons clicked on the remote, I bought a lg tv 8 years back that still works much better than this Samsung tv . Not worth the money . I would have returned it if I could
