In the store the TV looked great. The colors are so bright and clear. But then I got it home. I set it up and turned it on thinking it would be perfect. Wrong! The blacks are so blended that we couldn't even tell what was going on in a dark scene. I tried to adjust the settings and watch different movies but nothing helped. I have noticed in the last couple years Samsung quality overall has gone downhill. I had a phone I replaced due to poor quality and now I returned this TV. Even three different employees at Best Buy said to avoid Samsung. I noticed quite a few "open boxes" on clearance and they were all Samsung TVs. I ended up going with a Sony TV! I am so happy I did! Sony is made for movies and it shows in the picture quality on their TVs. Save the hassle of unpacking and repacking and just AVOID THIS TV!!!
