Samsung TV plus doesn’t work - buy something else

But the settings and apps are not intuitive and When I called Samsung they said the problem was my internet. But EVERY OTHER APP (Netflix, Apple TV and prime) worked except Samsung TV. I have 3 Other Samsungs but I recommend that you don’t buy this one.
