    It is a great TV at great price. I had a 5 year old TV. I think the technology develops so quickly. I like it.

    Great with lots of new channel and I don't have to use a streaming device because it came with lots of apps.

    Love the TV! The problem’s with the remote/responsiveness. When you try to move through apps, the latency is notable and frustrating.

    This TV has serious flaws. The first one was delivered with some dead pixels. No problem, I immediately called and had a replacement delivered. Now the real issue - since day one there have been major issues with brightness. Any low light scene is so dark the the entire screen is almost black. Even scenes where part is bright and part is low light, the bright part is fine but the low light portion is all black. Completely unwatchable. I spent weeks trying to see if there was some magic combination of the picture settings to correct the issue with no success. I then proceed to call Samsung and spent hours going through every possible troubleshooting option and they finally told me that I should return it. I then call BestBuy and wait 1.5 hours on hold and was told they could not help me. At all. Period. I was outside the return window. I advised I was actually looking to exchange for a different model that was actually more expensive since this one has issues. I was still told no. I then mentioned that when I purchased the TV there were extended return period of 45 days due to current events. She said "that ended" even though I purchased during the time period? How does that work? Oh and she was rude and at one point said I was being dramatic (unacceptable to say that to a customer). Here I am stuck with a defective TV and because I took too long trying to correct issue myself I'm told to pound sand. Unbelievable.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Over all the tv is great. My only complaint is that there is no sleep timer. Since this tv is in my bedroom it would be nice to have one.
