The screen flickers a few minutes about every other day (even after playing with the video settings). The apps (like Disney+, Netflix, showtime anytime, etc.) all seem to freeze up once a week and overall the TV is sluggish. After having bought 6 previous Samsung TVs over the years I am very dissatisfied with this model, get a different model the cheap price/discount isn’t worth it!

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
