But this tv is horrible, the remote is ugly unlike my old remote, and most of my apps do not open! I have Hulu downloaded and when I try to launch it I can’t! When I play video games it’s not full screen when it’s two players (like my old tv) it has two margins on the sides and I can’t change that! Wouldn’t recommend this tv!!

I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.
If you have an app that is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.
You may want to adjust the aspect ratio on your TV be going to: Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size
