    I'll give worse to best. Sound is horrible even at its highest. You will be forced to buy a Sound bar. Picture quality is a 7.5. Love the ease in setup and many apps compatible Love the fast eastly free delivery l But not tru 65 inches

      Hi ONYX,

      We appreciate your honest feedback on the TU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.

      First, let's make sure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from there.

      Next, I recommend adjusting the Sound Settings to improve your audio experience. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

      Finally, please note that it is industry standard to measure the TV diagonally when getting screen size. I apologize for any confusion!
